Blossvale- Theresa J. Frye 71, of Eckel Road passed away Tuesday April 3, 2012 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the town of Vienna. She was born April 19, 1940 in Utica, NY a daughter of August & Carmella Buono Saponaro and graduated from Proctor High School in 1959. On June 21, 1959 she married Elison ‘Al’ Frye in Vienna, NY. He passed away Jan 4, 2000. Terry retired from Farnsworth Envelope in 1986 after 26 years of service. She at one time worked at the former Country Note Restaurant and was currently employed with Walmart in Rome. She enjoyed making ceramics and was an avid Elvis fan and collector of Elvis memorabilia.
Terry is survived by two sisters, Jennie Picente, Utica and Pauline & Arnold Furney, Clark Mills, two sisters in law, Janet Graham, Camden and Doreen & David Weeden, Vienna, NY, an uncle Salvatore Cifonelli, Sauqoit, NY and many special nieces and nephews in which she thought of as ‘her kids’ as well as several great nieces and nephews out of which she shared a very special and loving relationship with Joey. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a brother in law, John J. Picente, Jr , a nephew, John A. Picente and a sister in law, Esther Demsky.
A Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 am Tuesday from St. John’s Church, Camden, NY. Interment McConnellsville Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday from 4- 7 pm at LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., 109 Main Street, Camden, NY. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to The Kevin House, 782 Ellicott St., Buffalo, NY 14203.

I am so very sorry for your family's loss. I worked with Theresa at Walmart, she was always so sweet and had a smile on her face. She will truly be missed.

So sorry for your families loss I worked with Mrs.Theresa at walmart in the deli..I always called her momma and she will be greatly missed..She always had a wonderful smile on her face..She will truely be missed....

I can never say "goodbye", but I will say, "see you soon."
Theresa had the sweetest way about her. Always made me think of my own mom. Always had a smile.
She is already missed tremendously, but in Heaven we will meet again.
