It broke my heart to see this posted. Uncle George was always good to me as I was growing up, I've always loved him. My condolences to Mike and Pam.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to visit with him one more time. We said our goodbyes when I moved, but I had hoped it wouldn't be the last time I saw him. He was always in my heart because we had so much in common with Pammy and Tay. Goodbye, Uncle. See you again someday.

The sorrow of the faithful
is not that of permanent loss,
but the tender sense of sadness
that comes in saying good-bye for now
to someone we love.
May today's sorrow give way
to the peace and
comfort of God's love.
