Joyce Carol Woodbeck Willson, 79, Sylvan Beach, passed away June 8, 2015 at her home with her loving family and friends at her side. She was born, April 4, 1936, in Cooperstown, NY a daughter of Lewis & Erma Brown Woodbeck. Joyce enjoyed bingo, going to the casino, and spending time with her beloved family and friends.
     The family would like to thank Joyce’s great friends at the East Shore Apartments, Lou, Sally, and Tess who took such great care of her, and Hospice where Joyce had a great bond with Head Nurse, Kim, other nurses, aides, and housekeeper, they gave her great comfort, and a special thank you to Bea Mills, Dave and Betty Mills, and Diane Campolo.
     Surviving Joyce are her loving son and wife, Timothy ‘Dooly’ & Annette Willson, Sylvan Beach, a granddaughter, Janet, five grandsons, Tim, Jason, Travis, James, and Josh, a special great granddaughter, Jasmine Jordan who stayed by her side, ten great grandchildren, a sister, Adella James, Texas, a sister-in-law, Shirley Willson, Rome, NY, a brother-in-law, Harold’Porky’ Willson, Rochester, NY, a special nephew, Jesse James, and many other nieces and nephews.  Joyce was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Willson, a son, James Willson, the father of her children, Warren Willson,  a brother, Ron Woodbeck, and other brother-in-laws, and a sister-in-law.
     Graveside services to be held 1:00 pm, Friday,  in Forest Lawn Cemetery, under the direction of the LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., 109 Main Street, Camden, NY.  There will be no calling hours.
