Chester M. Deuel III, 68, of Camden, NY passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Rome Memorial Hospital, Rome, NY. He was born on June 3, 1951 in Rome, NY a son of Chester M. & Herberta A. Post Deuel, Jr. and graduated from Palm Beach High School Class of 1968. Chester owned and operated as a silversmith Sunshine Silver, Tacoma, WA. He married the former Christine E. Bates in 2007. Chester was previously married to Elizabeth Deuel. He was known as a selfless, generous and dedicated friend who would always be willing to lend a word of advice or a listening ear. He enjoyed reading and drawing.
Chester is survived by his wife Christine Deuel, Camden, eight children, Joshua, OH, Robin, WA, Steven, Camden, Reneé, Rita, Christopher ‘CJ,’ Melissa and Chester IIII, all of WA, one sister, Stephanie VanCampen, GA, several nieces and nephews and special cousins, Mr. & Mrs. Ray Deuel, Camden.
