     Diana Lynne Sharpe, 70, of Blossvale, NY passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the Oneida Healthcare Center with her family at her side. She was born on March 7, 1949 in Oneida, NY a daughter of Edgar & Elizabeth Wheeler LaLonde. Lynn was a 1967 graduate of Camden High School. Lynn was a Patient Services provider and Therapy Aide with the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center and Catholic Charities for the State of New York for nearly 40 years, retiring in 2011. She was also a member of the D.A.R. and Red Hat Society as well as a Stamping Up representative.

     Surviving are one daughter, Melissa LaLonde, a granddaughter, Nena Lynne LaLonde both of Liverpool, NY, her significant other of many years, Donald Hilliker of Blossvale, NY, two sisters, Marcia LaLonde, Ann Harbor, MI and Mona & Shane Shampine, North Bay, NY , two brothers, Richard & Kathleen LaLonde, St. Louis, MO and Ralph & Crystal LaLonde, Lee Center, NY along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Mary McCall.

     Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday from St. Mary’s Church, Verona Beach, NY under the direction of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY. . Interment McConnellsville Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, 109 Main Street. Memorial contributions may be made to a Humane Society or Animal shelter of choice in memory of Lynn.
