Dr. Poulin and family,

Sincere sympathy to all of you on the loss of your loved one. Dr. Poulin you were beyond wonderful in the care and attention you've given to your Mother through the years. May she rest in peace, and may you find comfort in knowing you did all you could do to make her comfortable and cared for.

Dr. and Mrs. Poulin: Please accept my condolences and sympathy on the loss of your Mom. On my last visit to your office, we talked about how good it was she was able to stay in her own home. I could tell how much you loved and respected your parents. Again my best wishes.
