Camden-Patricia A. Allen, 66, of Camden, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Oneida Healthcare Center.  She was born July 4, 1947 in Rome, NY a daughter of Lyle and Nina Alguire Walker.  Patricia was a graduate of Camden High School and the Utica School of Commerce  She was formerly employed at Mystic Stamp Company prior to working at Camden Wire Co. for over twenty years.  Patricia was a member of the VFW-Victor Giles Post #6530 Auxiliary and was of the Methodist faith.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and liked crocheting, camping, reading and playing card  Surviving besides her husband Stephen C. Allen are three sons, Michael Dupont and his friend Brenda Humphrey of Hastings, William Allen of Camden and Kyle Allen of Utica; two grandchildren, Kayla Dupont and Daniel Grass both of Hastings; a brother, Marvin (Skip) Walker of Camden.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 7 pm Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at the LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc.  Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.  Calling hours will be held 4 to 7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home, 109 Main St., Camden.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VFW-Victor Giles Post # 6530, P.O. Box 301 , Camden, NY 13316.

I haven't seen Pat since she stopped working at the V. I am sorry to here of her passing. She was always very a friendly person.

So sorry to hear of Pat's passing....she was a sweet lady. I have known her for many years, and worked with her at Mystic. Loved her smile and sense of humor. She will be missed! Wishing her peace.

I got the message just this morning from Mikey, I was so shocked! I have known Pat since I was around 7 years old and I am now 54 years old and live in Jacksonville Florida, Pat and my mom Orissa Goodsell Darling were best friends for years and Mom passed away 10 years ago December, I will remember all the wonderful memories of Pat and her cooking, her famous doughnuts and Cackleberry Castle!!! And I will always remember when she got PG for Mikey ohh how she glowed, Mikey was her everything!! RIP Pat!! I love you to the moon and back!! dear aunt pat the last time i saw you i was only 10 mike you were a todder when i knew you and moved we moved away to Texas then to Florida where i now live mom and pat are now able to laugh hug and be sisters again but i talked to your mom just last year too tell her how much i loved her and missed her now i can't see her now i was making plans to come home with dee dee to see my family i have not seen almost 40 years mike my heart is with you at this time i hope we see or at leased get to to talk soon i don't know if you can call us dee dee and i love you by the way this is tommy iam now fifty bud god bless you always we will be family forever mike you are with us always take care Thomas

I'm so sad to hear of her passing...so full of life still. I worked with her for 10 of my 20 yrs. at the wire mill. May she rest in peace and will be missed by all that knew her. My sincere condolences to her family. Pat was an awesome lady and will always shine bright in the night time sky💖
