Sometimes there are people in your life that leave a lifelong affect. Phyllis is one. Even in her sickness, she has continued to be an encouragement to us. She has always shown the love of Christ to everyone who met her. God has taken her home now. She is totally healed. Someday I will see her again. In the meantime, we are praying for Joe and the family. She will be greatly missed.

There will never be another Phyllis---kind, thoughtful and with love in her heart. She taught me (Sandy) so much while Pastor Joe served the Lee Church. We were all important to her and having seen her a short time ago, we know that God has welcomed her home. Sendng love for the whole family.

I would like to express my condolences at this time to your family. The Bible is a great source of encouragement at times like this. A comforting thought is at Revelation 21:3,4, where it states "...And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry be anymore the former things have past away". This scripture gives us hope for the future! You can also find comfort in Acts 24:15 - Death does not end it all. May Jehovah bring you comfort and peace during this difficult time. (Ps.46:1)

Dear Joe,

I'm devastated to hear of your loss! I wish you and your family all the strength in the World. I still have the talking praying teddy bear she gave me all those years ago. When you pressed its hands, it said:

Now I lay me down to sleep,
I pray the Lord my soul to keep,
if I should die before I wake,
I pray the Lord my soul to take. Amen.

R.I.P. "Mum" - you were only for a year, but what a great year it was! Thank you!

Sad regards from Germany,
