My heart goes out to the family of this remarkable woman!! I've only know Joan (aka Gram to me) for the last 9 years, but these last 9 years have been better for knowing Gram. She always filled the room with smiles and laughter. You will miss you!! Tell Pop we said hello!! Love you forever and always... Tina, Ben and Jillian. <3
