Camden-Hubert A. Waters, 86, of 128 Main Street, passed away May 20, 2017, at Rome Memorial Hospital.
He was born on June 18, 1930, in Reading Center, NY, the son of Hubert A. & Anna Gowin Waters, Sr.
Hubert was a laborer on his family vineyards in the Finger Lakes for many years.
Hubert is survived by several cousins and his friends at Valehaven Community Residence. He was predeceased by two sisters, Marguerite Deming, and Beverly Conti, and a brother, Melvyn Waters.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Hubert’s life will be held 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at the Valehaven Community Residence, 128 Main St., Camden. A calling hour will be held from 3:00 to the start of services at Valehaven. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Pleasant View Cemetery, Reading Center, NY.
