      Russell L. Conway, 57, of Camden, NY formerly of Walton, NY passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday June 4, 2017. He was born March 29, 1960 in Sidney, NY a son of Lyle & Charlotte Gordon Conway and graduated from Walton High School in 1978. Russell served with the US Army from 1978 until his honorable discharge in 1982. He previously worked as a roofer, tunnel worker, and truck driver before his employment with Sharman Propane. Russell lived in the Camden area for the past 20 years and was an avid supporter of Little League and always enjoyed watching his sons play ball. Russ had a love for animals, enjoyed pony and horse pulls and also enjoyed Team Penning.

      Surviving besides his mother, Charlotte Jones are his maternal grandmother, Susan Palmatier both of Walton, NY, three sons, Chad Conway & Lisa Magtutu, Lusby, MD, Christopher Conway & Lisa Thompson, Binghamton, NY, Cody & Jamie Conway, Oneonta, NY and a special daughter, Heidi Kelley, Marcy, NY,  seven grandchildren, Anthony, Austin, Devin, Dustin, Cayden, Bryden and Kaident, two sisters, Laurie Eckert, Unadilla, NY and Carin & Kevin Wood, Walton, NY, his longtime girlfriend, Lynette Clark and brother in law, Jon & Lana Clark, sisters in law, Karen Clark and Laura & Jamie Darling and several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. Besides his dad in 2006, he was also predeceased by a brother, Christopher in 1988.

      Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5-8pm at the LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY with a service to follow at 8:00pm at the funeral home, 109 Main Street. Calling hours will also be held Saturday from 11:00am - 1:00pm with a Funeral service to begin at 1:00pm from the New Hope Church, 45 Stockton Ave., Walton, NY. Burial will follow at the Walton Cemetery. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the family, 8655 Whiskey Island Road, Camden, NY 13316.

Russ you will be missed by anyone and everyone that had you in their life.
You were the kindest person and had the biggest smile. I know I will miss seeing that smile and laugh. I'm sure you are with your dad right now sharing all sorts of stories. Please watch over all of us, keep us safe and let us know you are around. Especially Lynette and your family, it is very hard for them to have lost you way to early. Fly high Russ, RIP.
