Timothy P. Haley 64, of Camden, NY passed away December 30, 2020 at the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, NY. He was born December 3, 1956 in Rome, NY a son of Lauren & Catherine Plunkett Haley. Tim served with the U.S. Army from 1974-1976. Tim worked construction for many years for various companies like Beckwith and KJR Construction. Tim was also a well-known area lead guitar player and vocalist playing taverns, bars and other venues with bands such as ‘Rough Riders’ and ‘Brass on the Rocks’ and with other musicians in the greater Rome area.
Surviving are one son, Timmer Haley and two grandsons, Dexter and Jaxon all of Texas, two sisters Mary ‘Weegie’ Pickard and Catherine T. Morgan, a sister -in law, Sally Haley, all of Camden, NY and several nieces & nephews and many friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Lauren ‘Luke’ Haley and William ‘Bill’ Haley. The family would like to thank Sue Haley for her loving care, friendship and companionship.
At Tim’s request, there will be no funeral services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., 109 Main Street, Camden, NY.

Tim was a great man he will be missed. He always came up to the farm house in Westdale for band practice with jimmer. Your whole family are in my prayers.

RIP, cousin, Tim Haley...you will be sorely missed by so many. Thank you for sharing your gift of music- your soul, with all of us. We will be listening for those awesome guitar riffs from above. Love you.

We are very sorry to hear of Tim's passing. He spent many Friday nights at our house playing guitar with John, Larry and Don, sometimes Skip and others who showed up. He was a great guitarist, and a friendly person.
