My sympathies to all of Ruby's family! My sister and I were babysitters for the boys whike Wyn and Ruby spent their Friday evenings cooking at The Legion in the 1960s. She was a real sweetheart!

Dear Don, Ken and Gary, your dad and mom were always a safe harbor for me as was our other uncles and aunts. My sense of belonging within our Carpenter clan still sustains me. With the passing of aunt Ruby we accept the baton to pass on our family heritage and all the stories and, of course, the multi-generational, Carpenter, add hock, around the piano, choir.
God bless you all.

My thoughts are with all of Ruby’s family. My mother, Evelyn Stedman, worked with Ruby for many years in the cafeteria. As a little girl I always admired Ruby’s accent! 😊 God bless you all.

We are so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. Our thoughts are with your family. I worked with Ruby for many years. We always considered both your parents friends. Before covid 19 I visited your Moma few times at Bethany Garden. She was always working on a jigsaw puzzle. We shared afew laughs about the good old days. She was a special lady. We are in florida so won't be able to come to call on Saturday. Fondly Alan and Ethel Palmer
