Emma Lee Tobiasson 35, of Rome, NY went to her Summer Land on April 14, 2021. She was a fiercly loving mother, sister, daughter and friend. She was born March 7, 1986 a daughter of Everette & Nanette Crandall Tobiasson and attended Camden Central and South Lewis Schools and received her CNA from Sunset Nursing Home, Boonville, NY in 2006. She had also worked at other Rome area nursing homes. She was passionate about caring for the people that she took care of. Emma Lee loved Dance and being with her girls and spending time with her boyfriend.
Surviving are her two daughters, Mattie Lynn and Myiah Lee Fowler, Rome, NY, her parents, Everette & Nanette Crandall Tobiasson, Margate, FL, the man that she loved, Michel Brooks, two brothers, Patrick & Kate Tobiasson, Massachusetts, and Ricky Tobiasson, Utica, NY, the father of her girls, Derrick Fowler, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and one niece. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Arloe & Norma Crandall, Robert & Laura Tobiasson, a cousin, Christopher Wickham and two special friends, Chris and Joe Brejack and way too many other friends.
Calling Hours will be held Thursday from 2 -4:00 pm at LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., 109 Main Street, Camden, NY. Masks and social distancing apply. There will no other services. In lieu of flowers, a fund will be set up c/o First Source Federal Credit Union, 1822 Black River Blvd, Rome, NY for Mattie Lynn & Myiah Lee Fowler.

I was Emma's supervisor several years ago during her time as a CNA at Oneida. She took excellent care of her residents and was always supportive to her coworkers, just a pleasure to be around. All of my condolences to her family.
