Marie A. Cluley, 65, of Altmar, NY passed away unexpectedly at her home on January 30, 2022. She was born June 9, 1956 in Annapolis, MD, a daughter of Ralph & Elizabeth Gilmore Cluley. Marie was a 1974 graduate of C.W. Baker High School, Baldwinsville, NY and had attended Fredonia College.

Marie loved her children, her cats, enjoyed reading, being outdoors, gardening, riding motorcycles, enjoyed good music and had a love for sun and swimming

Surviving are two daughters, Hilary Gersna, Jamesville, NY, Chris & Nick Huntley, Williamstown, NY, two sons, John Gersna, Copperas Cove, TX, Francis ‘Mikey’ Dayger, Altmar, NY, six grandchildren, three brothers, Ralph Brate and Leonard Cluley, both of Ohio and Chuck Brate, Florida and several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her step- father, Donald Brate.

A Celebration of Life will be held this summer at a time and place to be announced. The family will receive friends on Thursday Feb 3, 2022 from 11:00am -2:00 pm at The Rusty Roof Bar & Grill, 441 Rt.13, Williamstown, NY. Private funeral services are under the direction of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc., Camden, NY.
